A07  快速高分离度液相(RRLC)/芯片液相(LC-Chip)与质谱联用技术在医药和生物医学分析中的应用

Abstract: Among excitements in chromatography within five years, LC column with sub-two micron (STM) particle sizes and LC-Chip have attracted many scientists in the field of pharmaceutical and biomedical analysis due to ultra-high separation efficiency and high throughput. These two separation techniques tandem MS spectrometry not only offers sensitive detection but also reliable analysis.  In this paper, some interesting applications in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), DMPK and small/macromolecule analysis by using rapid resolution liquid chromatography (employing 1.8 micron particle LC columns, RRLC) and LC-Chip coupled to MS spectrometry are exhibited, to demonstrate its powerful capacity and attractive advantages for the excellent combination of fast separation and ultra-sensitivity
